Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only, not refunds (recommended for startups unless you want refunds).

Items are eligible for exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Tags must remain intact

  • Proof (photo/video) must be provided within 48 hours

ZYLVA reserves the right to decline exchange if conditions are not met.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Email with the order number.

  2. Share clear photos or an unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

  4. The item must be returned before replacement is dispatched.

Return shipping may be:

  • Covered by ZYLVA (if damaged/incorrect item)

  • Paid by customer (if size/design preference issue)

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds due to hygiene and product sensitivity. Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damage Parcel Policy:

If the parcel appears damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept it
  • Inform us immediately with photo evidence

ZYLVA is not responsible for damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
